1. Credit-Based Service
AvatarAI operates on a credit system. Each AI headshot generation costs 1 credit. Credits are non-refundable once used for generation.
2. Unused Credits Refund
You may request a refund for unused credits within 14 days of purchase, provided that:
- The credits have not been used for any AI generation
- The request is made within 14 days of the original purchase
- You provide proof of purchase (order confirmation email or Stripe receipt)
3. Quality-Related Refunds
If you are unsatisfied with the quality of generated headshots, you may request a refund within 7 days if:
- The generated images are significantly distorted or unrecognizable
- The AI generation failed to produce any output
- There was a technical error that resulted in incorrect charges

4. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will NOT be issued in the following cases:
- Credits that have been fully or partially used

- Results that are stylistically different from your expectations (AI results inherently vary)
- Accounts that have violated our Terms of Service
